Jeff Myers
President and Owner
Jeff's journey with Oakridge Landscape began in the field, where he gained invaluable experience performing tasks like digging trenches and planting trees. Guided by his father's mentorship, Jeff advanced through every position in the company, ultimately becoming Owner and President in 1993. His comprehensive knowledge of the business, coupled with deep-rooted relationships with clients and vendors, has been instrumental in transforming Oakridge Landscape into a dominant force in the industry.

Jeff's leadership and passion are evident in his day-to-day interactions, where his kind and approachable demeanor shines through. A dedicated supporter of the community, Jeff actively contributes to numerous charitable organizations, including Henry Mayo Hospital, Boys and Girls Club of Santa Clarita, Child and Family Center, YMCA, The New Way Inc., Home Aid, SCV Education Foundation, Homes for Families, and Helping Homeless Students, among others.

Outside of his professional achievements, Jeff is a devoted family man who loves to travel with his family, exploring new destinations and golf every course he can. His balanced approach to life, coupled with his relentless pursuit of excellence, embodies the core values and spirit of Oakridge Landscape, making him a well respected and inspiring leader.
Victor Valle Sr.
Senior Partner, Operations
With an illustrious career spanning over 40 years at Oakridge Landscape, Victor has mastered every role he now oversees. He is a distinguished expert in multiple trades, including landscape construction, maintenance, nursery management, site development, stonework, and masonry.
Victor's dedication to excellence ensures he remains deeply involved in every project, guaranteeing timely completion and exceptional curb appeal. His passion and expertise have made him a cornerstone of Oakridge Landscape, delivering unparalleled quality and service.
Mike Selesky
COO
Michael is an award-winning businessman of 25 years, with a proven track record of leading diverse teams to achieve significant organizational milestones. ​An ethical leader, influencer of change, and builder of great talent, Michael Selesky has conducted financial and longevity analyses to support recommendations that stabilize structure, improve business operations, and increase efficiency.

Michael began consulting Oakridge Landscape three years ago, and his unequivocal value quickly led to his appointment as COO. Since then, he has revolutionized the company, exponentially growing the business.

Outside of his professional achievements, Michael enjoys restoring old cars and trucks. When not tinkering with machines, he loves fishing, hunting, and cooking for family and friends, embracing the joys of life beyond business.
Ken Aldrich
Los Angeles and Ventura County Construction Division Manager
Ken brings over 35 years of expertise in large-scale landscape and amenity development for various master-planned communities. With a unique "developer's perspective" from his experience in both development and landscape construction, Ken has been a vital part of Oakridge Landscape's growth since joining in 2006. His deep understanding allows Oakridge Landscape to deliver superior construction and design-build services, proactively managing client budgets from the earliest stages of development to the final product.

Ken's passion for his work is evident in every project he undertakes. When he isn't transforming landscapes, Ken enjoys spending quality time with his wife, kids, and grandkids, cherishing the moments and making memories together. His dedication to both his profession and his family exemplifies the values that drive Oakridge Landscape's success.
Richard Dunbar
Erosion Control Division Manager
With over 40 years in the construction industry, Richard has extensive experience, including 21 years in high-rise construction and general contracting, and 23 years specializing in erosion control and SWPPPs. As the General Manager of Erosion Control at Oakridge Landscape, he established the erosion control division in 2007, significantly contributing to the company's growth from $15 million to over $50 million. Richard also serves on the Board of Directors for the BIA and has held positions on the IECA and HBA boards.

Richard is a dedicated advocate for SWPPP management, conducting regular training sessions to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing the drums with his band, and serving on the ski patrol team in the local mountains, where he provides medical assistance and helps maintain the natural resources of Big Bear.
Marcus Cannon
Los Angeles Maintenance
Division Manager
Marcus boasts over 35 years of expertise in landscape maintenance and construction. With a rich background that includes roles at Stay Green, Enhanced Landscape Management, and Pardee Homes, Marcus’s vision and dedication have consistently led to the creation and upkeep of stunning, thriving landscapes.

Educated at the University of Washington, Cal Lutheran University, Antelope Valley College, and UCLA, Marcus combines his extensive knowledge with a passion for excellence. His goal is to leave Oakridge’s LA landscape maintenance division better than ever.
​
Outside of work, Marcus enjoys golfing, running, biking, and exploring landscapes worldwide. Married for 41 years and a proud father to a licensed phlebotomist, he has called Moorpark, CA, home for the past 21 years.

Juan Martinez
Inland Empire Construction and Maintenance Division Manager
With over 20 years in the industry and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Juan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Since going Oakridge Landscape, Juan has been instrumental in the success of the company's expansion and financial growth.

Juan takes immense pride in all the successful projects his team completes, with notable achievements including the Tustin Legacy for Brookfield in Tustin, and Country Lane for Lennar in Ontario, CA. His favorite projects are park developments, as he finds joy in creating spaces where families can make lasting memories.

Outside of work, Juan loves spending time with his family, whether camping, barbecuing, or swimming at home. His dedication to both his professional and personal life makes him a valued leader and an inspiring figure in the landscaping industry.
Martin Reyes
Central Coast Construction Division Manager
With almost a decade of experience as an Operations Manager and nearly a year in Landscape Construction, Martin's continuously showcases his expertise and dedication of ensuring employee safety, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing clients with high-quality work.

Martin's leadership skills have transformed the culture and image of his division, earning the trust and respect of both employees and clients.He exemplifies the culture and values of Oakridge, and leads with passion.
​
An enthusiastic Raiders fan, Martin loves spending quality time with his family and kids, and working/riding his Harley or one of his classic cars in his free time.
Silvino Rosas
Ventura and Central Coast Division Branch Manager
As the Division Manager and Erosion Manager for the Camarillo/Central Coast Branch, Silvino supports his team to ensure their success and fosters a positive work environment. He oversees all aspects of the division, including maintenance, enhancements, erosion, financial management, labor, sales, and administration. As the first hire in the Central Coast for Oakridge,
Silvino helped expand the team to over 40 employees and established the Central Coast Construction and Erosion divisions. He is particularly proud of the “Blacklake” project in Nipomo, CA, where his team transformed outdated landscapes into beautiful environments.
In his free time, Silvino enjoys visiting breweries and wineries, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends at themed parties. He also has a unique passion for collecting sneakers and socks, with over 100 pairs of each. If Silvino could have dinner with any historical figure, it would be Jesus, for numerous profound reasons.
